All sales final
Ascension Elite is a $4,000 USD one-time purchase that provides access to digital education, community features, and coaching capacity. All sales are final immediately upon purchase, except where a refund or cancellation right is required by applicable law. No voluntary cooling-off period or results-based guarantee is offered.
No partial refunds
Refunds or credits are not provided for unused modules, missed or rescheduled group sessions, failure to book the included 60-minute private session, changes in a Student’s schedule or financial circumstances, removal for violating the Program Agreement, dissatisfaction with trading performance, or a decision to stop participating.
Billing problems
If a charge is duplicated, incorrect, or genuinely unauthorized, contact AscensionLLC@proton.me promptly with the purchaser name, purchase email, date, and a description of the issue. Do not send full card numbers or sensitive account credentials. Provider will review the transaction and correct confirmed billing errors. Nothing in this policy restricts truthful reports of fraud or any dispute right that cannot legally be waived.
Mandatory rights
This policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer right that applies to a purchase. If applicable law requires a refund, cancellation, or other remedy, Provider will honor that requirement.
