PROGRAM TERMS

Mentorship Agreement

The terms governing enrollment in the 12-week Ascension Elite trading education and coaching program.

Effective October 2, 2026Provider: Ascension Trading18+ only

1. Parties and acceptance

This agreement is between Ascension Trading (“Provider”) and the person purchasing or participating in the program (“Student”). By checking acceptance at checkout, purchasing, or accessing the program after receiving these terms, Student agrees to them. Student confirms they are at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement.

2. Program scope

Ascension Elite is a 12-week educational mentorship for options traders who understand basic options mechanics and want to build an independent trading process. The standard one-time program price is $4,000 USD. The agreed price and any installment schedule are disclosed before payment. The program is expected to include:

  • six core modules across three phases: Modules 1–2, Modules 3–4, and Modules 5–6, with assignments and personal feedback on submitted work;
  • private Discord access and direct 1:1 chat with Scorxch during the 12-week program;
  • a target response window of 24 hours Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, emergencies, outages, and circumstances outside Provider’s reasonable control;
  • optional weekly group Q&A sessions, which may be rescheduled or adjusted;
  • one initial 60-minute private session, scheduled directly with Scorxch through Discord or the provided scheduling link and subject to availability;
  • an initial review of the Student’s trading process and goals, help reviewing a personal playbook, 20+ hours of additional educational content, and 80+ recaps and executions for study; and
  • lifetime access to all mentorship modules, the Ascension Elite server, AP Key Levels, and Ascension Pro FVG after full payment, subject to these terms and community rules.

“Lifetime access” means access for as long as Provider continues to operate or make available the applicable course, community, or indicator, or a reasonable successor. Indicator access is personal and requires a compatible TradingView account; any third-party platform subscription is separate. It does not mean lifetime private coaching, lifetime direct messaging, guaranteed platform availability, or additional 1:1 sessions.

3. Education only; no trading service

The program is general education and coaching. It does not include live trading with Student, trade execution, copy trading, account management, personalized investment recommendations, financial planning, legal or tax advice, or a fiduciary relationship. Examples, recaps, watchlists, and chart discussions are educational and are not instructions to enter or exit a trade.

Provider does not promise profits, income, funded-account approval, consistency, or any particular result. Past results, examples, and hypothetical outcomes do not predict future performance.

4. Risk and Student responsibility

Options and other securities involve substantial risk. Student may lose all capital committed to a trade, and certain strategies can create losses beyond the initial amount invested. Student alone decides whether, when, and how to trade and is responsible for suitability, position sizing, risk controls, taxes, broker requirements, and compliance with applicable law. Student should consult appropriately licensed professionals before acting on financial, legal, or tax matters.

5. Payment and refunds

Pay-in-full payments are processed through Stripe. If an installment plan is offered through Whop, the total amount, installment amounts, and due dates are disclosed and agreed before payment. Lifetime access requires completion of the agreed payments. All sales are final immediately upon purchase, except where a refund or cancellation right is required by applicable law. There are no partial refunds for unused materials, missed sessions, failure to schedule the included 60-minute private session, changes in Student’s availability, dissatisfaction with trading results, or a decision to stop participating. Duplicate, incorrect, or unauthorized charges should be reported promptly to AscensionLLC@proton.me. The separate Refund Policy is incorporated into this agreement.

6. Scheduling and participation

Student is responsible for attending or using program elements during the stated term and for supplying accurate contact and Discord information. Provider may change the timing, format, platform, instructor availability, or order of program materials when reasonably necessary while preserving the program’s core educational value. Optional group Q&A sessions may not be recorded. Any rescheduling rules shown by the booking service apply to the private 1:1 session.

7. Intellectual property

Program videos, modules, indicators, frameworks, charts, commentary, recordings, downloads, and community materials are owned by Provider or used with permission. Student receives a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable license to use them for individual study. Student may not share credentials, record private or group sessions without written permission, reproduce, resell, publish, distribute, scrape, or create a competing product from program materials. Student may keep personal notes and screenshots solely for private study.

8. Conduct and access

Student must not harass others, impersonate another person, share access, spam, solicit members without permission, misuse confidential information, or disrupt the program. Provider may warn, suspend, or terminate access for a material or repeated breach, illegal conduct, credible safety risk, or platform abuse. Termination for Student’s breach does not create a refund right except where required by law.

9. Privacy and community spaces

Provider handles personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. Student may choose to share charts, messages, and experiences for feedback. Community areas include other participants, so Student should not post information they consider confidential. Provider will obtain separate permission before using Student’s name, image, results, or statement as a public testimonial. Provider may use aggregated or anonymized feedback to improve the program.

10. Third-party platforms

The program may rely on Stripe, Whop, Discord, TradingView, Calendly, email, hosting providers, broker chart images, and other third-party services. Their terms and privacy practices apply separately. Provider is not responsible for third-party outages, account restrictions, security incidents, policy changes, or discontinuation, but may use a reasonable alternative where practical.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the program is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of profitability, uninterrupted access, fitness for a particular trading objective, or error-free content. Provider is not liable for Student’s trading decisions, market losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, broker actions, indirect damages, or third-party platform failures. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Provider’s aggregate liability arising from the program will not exceed the amount Student actually paid for it. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Disputes and governing law

Before filing a claim, each party agrees to send a written description of the issue and requested resolution to the other and make a good-faith effort to resolve it for at least 30 days. Notices to Provider must be sent to AscensionLLC@proton.me. This agreement is governed by Texas law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any mandatory consumer rights, courts located in Collin County, Texas will have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. General terms

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect and the affected provision will be limited to the minimum extent necessary. A waiver must be in writing and applies only to the specific instance. Student may not transfer this agreement. Provider may transfer it as part of a legitimate business reorganization or sale. This agreement, the Refund Policy, and the Privacy Policy are the complete agreement concerning the program and replace prior discussions about its scope. Material changes will be presented before they apply to a current purchase.
